If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may exchange your purchase within 15 business days of receipt of goods for an item of equal or greater value than the original item purchased. If additional payment is required for the replacement item, we will contact you for further payment info. Personalized, engraved, or other custom orders are non-returnable. Deposits are non-refundable two days from purchase date.

Prior to shipping your return, please contact us. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.
