Shelly Purdy creations are made-to-order and ship approximately 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of your order. You will receive confirmation of shipment when your order is sent, along with a Fedex tracking number. Shipping to Canada, United States, and the United Kingdom.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. As we often create customized items based on your unique specifications of size and metal choice, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may exchange your purchase within 15 business days of receipt of goods for an item of equal or greater value than the original item purchased. If additional payment is required for the replacement item, we will contact you for further payment info.

Personalized, engraved, or other custom orders are non-returnable. Deposits are non-refundable two days from purchase date.

Prior to shipping your return, please contact us. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.

We will repair any item purchased through our online store or studio. Please contact us for more information on repairs due to wear, ring re-sizing, chain lengthening/shortening, or lost earring mates.
